Job Description:
- Handle both accounts receivable and accounts payable function
- Performing general accounts duties, reconcile the accounts receivable ledger that all payments are accounted for and properly posted
- Processing transaction, issuing checks, updating legers, budgets
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual management accounts
- Accounting for, preparing and submitting GST returns
- Working capital and cash flow management
- Monitor weekly and monthly cash flows
- Preparing Inter-company reconciliation & bank reconciliation statement and resolving open items
- Coordination with IRAS for tax matters
- Coordinate with regional/branch offices
- Assisting with audit, general administrative duties or any ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior
Job Requirements:
- Diploma in Accountancy / Diploma in Commerce or any other equivalent qualification
- At least 5 - 6 years of basic accounting experience
- Expert knowledge in Microsoft Office such as excel and word
- Strong knowledge of compliance
- Basic accounting experience
- Meticulous, responsible and good team player
- Able to work independently
