Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will lead a sizable team managing across the full spectrum of accounting and finance function, reviewing of month end and year closing of entity books, assist in the preparation of management reports, financial statement for audit purposes.
Responsibilities:
· Create and implement financial policies to guarantee operational efficiencies
· Assist in the preparation and planning of budget
· Maintain record and receipt for daily transaction
· Ensure financial records are up to date with the latest transaction and changes
· Contribute to financial audits
· Monitor bank deposits and payment
· Prepare balance sheet and invoices
· Perform periodic financial analysis to detect and resolve issues
Requirements:
· Diploma in Business, Finance or Accounting with at least 3-5 years of experience
· Prior experience in SGX listed firms is highly desirable
· Strong communication skills, written and oral
· Experience using financial software
· Advanced MS Excel skills
· Excellent analytical and numerical skills
· Strong ethics with the ability to manage confidential data
