SENIOR SPECIFICATION EXECUTIVE
One of Singapore’s MNC Construction company specializing in Tiles & Stones Installation works
Location: North
Working Hours: 5 Days Work Week (Mon-Fri), Office Hours (8.30am to 5.30pm)
Remuneration Package:
- Basic up to S$ 5000
- Variable Bonus

Job Responsibilities:
- Developing and increase new specifiers base and business, involve in promotions and market company’s product range to Architects, Consultants, Developers and Contractors
- Assist in the development of key specification tools
- Liaising and maintaining close relationship with R&D and Technical department on matters relating to Specifications
- To keep good constant interaction with Architects/ Consultants and Key specifiers to ensure that the desired level of customer service quality is achieved
- Conducting architectural & engineering presentations and trainings
- Participate in product presentations, product seminars, industrial organizations and trade shows
- Assisting sales personnel in meeting clients related to specification matters
- Providing market intelligence information on competitors and market’s direction
- Prepare marketing action plan as required by company
Requirements:
- Preferably at least 4 years of sales or marketing related working experiences
- Candidates with experience within the construction industry will be an added advantage
- Experience in specification-related tasks across any field
- Excellent communication skills
