Responsibilities:
- Assist in partial set of accounts.
- To handle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable (AR & AP).
- To verify and process local / overseas payments and staff expenses.
- Assist in quarterly GST reporting.
- Assist in Year-end stock take and Year-end audit.
- Banking errands and maintain filing system.
- To liaise with internal and external parties.
- To handle general administrative duties such as collection of mails, procurement, maintenance of office supplies etc.
- Assist in HR tasks.
- Perform any other accounting and administrative duties assigned by the superior from time to time.
Requirements:
- Minimum Higher Nitec / LCCI / Certificate or Diploma in Accounting or Business Studies
- Around 1-3 years of relevant experience and able to work independently with minimum supervision
- Possess strong numeric sense and detail-minded
- SAP experience will be an added advantage
- Computer literacy, experience in using MS EXCEL, WORD and familiar with MS Outlook and other office applications
- Able to start work on short notice
