Business Development Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential clients and industries through market research, networking, and etc.
  • Identify potential clients and industries through market research, networking, and etc.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their business objectives.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Negotiate and close contracts, ensuring that client expectations are met or exceeded.
  • Work closely with the marketing, product, and operations teams to develop tailored solutions that meet client needs.
  • Provide feedback to internal teams regarding customer insights and market demands.
  • Monitor sales metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of business development efforts.
  • Prepare and present regular reports to management on sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts.
  • Continuously refine sales strategies based on performance data and market feedback.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes affecting the e-commerce sector.
  • Represent the company at industry events or meeting to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
  • Share insights and best practices with the team to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably within the e-commerce industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and execute methodically.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Adaptable to changing market conditions and customer needs.
