Building and Facilities Maintenance Technician
- Working days: Monday – Friday (9am – 6pm) + alternate Saturday (9am – 1pm)
- Working Locations: Ubi
Requirements:
- Minimum NTC education in Facilities / Electrical / Mechanical / Building
- Services with 2 years of experience in building maintenance and facilities support.
- Certificate in Building Maintenance/Building Inspection will be of an added advantage
- Must be willing to travel to other locations for repair work
Job descriptions:
- Maintain the facilities with routine checks on electrical, air-conditioning systems, compressed air and chilled-water systems.
- Contact and work with contractors for routine servicing and emergency repair in order to keep the building in daily operational state.
- Supervise vendors during renovation in order to ensure a smooth transition to new areas.
- Maintain good housekeeping in AHU and switch room to maintain cleanliness of equipment and site.
- Work with contractors and vendors to carry out schedules and supervise work on premises to ensure quality cost effective repairs and renovation.
- Must be able to hands on to carry out repair for sanitary and plumbing works, electrical works and building works.
- Must be able to carry out simple fault finding for telephone lines.
- Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
