Job Description:
We seek a motivated, and adaptable individual to join our clients fast-expanding business, which involves international and overseas sales. As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in both B2B and B2C sales, attending to sales leads and inquiries. Hunter role, cold calling.
Key Responsibilities:
Prospect, qualify, develop, and secure new and existing accounts. Monitor and evaluate sales efficiency, strategies, and productivity against inventory positions and customers' plans. Optimise and maintain sales targets by working closely with different internal departments (Marketing, Operations, Purchasing, and Logistics). Generate incremental revenue through prospecting, cold calling, up-selling, and cross-selling activities within an account. Prepare standard quotations and proposals. Maintain the credibility of customers' payment terms through prompt collections, close monitoring of accounts, and external insights on credit issues.
Qualifications:
· Minimum “O” level, Professional Certificate, or Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent
· 1 year of work experience in sales/business development
· Strong interpersonal skills and comfort with meeting new people daily.
· Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.).
· Mandarin and English language skills for liaising with clients, other languages would be an added advantage.
· Knowledge of the Navision system is advantageous.
· Sales and product training will be provided.
