Job descriptions:


Facilities/Estate Management

  • Provide support in the managing and maintenance of the facilities and equipment in the organisation such as procurement of the necessary services and equipment.
  • Assist to manage contractors and external parties in the delivery of various services to the organisation such as facility management, equipment maintenance, telecommunications, and pantry supply services.
  • Assist in general office administration and support services, including carrying out data analytics.
  • Provide logistical support for events and operations, including procurement of equipment and services, and staffing of designated areas.
  • Collate returns/requests from other agencies.
  • Assist in procurement and payment processing for the relevant department, such as performing checks on supporting documents for payment of invoices.
  • Develop and produce collaterals to support publicity and internal comms.

Job Requirements:

  • Only Singaporean.
  • Minimum GCE A Level & above in any related discipline.
