Responsibilities:
- Manage stock and inventory, ensuring reconciliation with HQ’s records.
- Perform administrative tasks related to sales and purchase transactions, including data entry, order processing, and control.
- Maintain organized and regularly updated filing systems.
- Serve as the cash administrator, handling cash/card transactions and petty cash management.
- Ensure the smooth execution of all administrative tasks within the designated boutique.
- Act as the liaison between boutiques and other departments.
- Communicate all directives, memos, and instructions to boutique staff effectively.
- Perform any additional duties as assigned when needed.
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification of GCE N/O Level or higher.
- Availability to work retail hours.
- Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays (off days on a rotational basis).
- Ability to multitask and work independently.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Word.
