- Manage the day-to-day operations of the retail outlet
- Serve Customers and ensure a high level of customer service
- Responsible for daily store sales & housekeeping
- Achieving store targets
- Oversee store merchandising/restocking
- Handle the POS system
- Any Ad-hoc duties as assigned by Supervisor
Job Requirements
- Past retail experience
- Customer service-oriented, sales are driven and result-oriented
- Possess strong negotiation and selling skills
- O-Levels/A-Levels/Polytechnic/Higher-Nitec graduate preferred
- Able to communicate well
- Able to work retail hours, weekends and public holidays
