The Role
- Provide a positive customer experience with friendly and courteous service
- Perform opening and closing duties for Checkout Department, and be accountable for daily cash balances
- Operate the Checkout and Self-Checkout counters optimally and efficiently
- Be responsible for the upkeep of Checkout area
- Maintain high standard of hygiene and cleanliness of front and back of the house
- Support stock replenishment, expiry and quality checks, online order picking as and when required
- Any other ad-hoc duties as per assigned
About You
- Great teammate and providing support to the team when required
- Passionate about customer service and process oriented!
- Demonstrates good collaboration and is committed and willingness to learn!
- Possesses good basic mathematical skills
- Will be required to be able to carry/lift heavy goods
- To have the flexibility to work on a rotating shift, including weekends & public holidays
