Job description
• Market Presence and Customer Engagement - To build and maintain a strong market presence to attract and retain customers.
• Develop and support sales department’s annual marketing plan and budget.
• Utilize the allocated marketing budget prudently to derive optimal results.
• Analyze sales revenue to assess the profitability of existing and new products
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape
• Maintain and update promotions and campaigns on the corporate website and relevant communication channels.
• Create, curate, and manage engaging content across all social media platforms
• Manage the creation and review of copywriting and communication materials.
• Oversee public-facing feedback channels, responding to customer feedback in a timely manner to uphold the company’s reputation.
Perform any other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
• At least 5 years of work experience
• Prior experience in the F&B / Beverage / FMCG industry is desirable
• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• Proficiency in marketing tools and software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, social media management tools, Google Analytics)
• Required to manage English and Chinese based social media platforms
