About the School:

The Sales Lead position will be primarily responsible for increasing student enrolment, from leads generation to closing.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales and Enrolment Management:
- Execute the entire sales and enrolment process, from initial inquiry to student onboarding, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for families.
- Implement and manage a robust sales pipeline, tracking leads, conversions, and key metrics to optimize the enrolment process.
2. Sales Channel Expansion:
- Develop and execute sales strategy to drive student enrolment, e.g. exploring or expanding additional sales channels.
- Develop partnerships with educational consultants, agencies, and other key stakeholders to drive student recruitment.
3. Reporting and Analysis:
- Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to senior management on progress against targets.
- Use data and analytics to assess the effectiveness of sales strategies and make informed decisions to improve outcomes.
4. Market Expansion:
- Identify and pursue opportunities to expand the school's presence into new markets.
- Possibly represent the school at education fairs, community events, and other networking opportunities to promote our offerings.
Qualifications:
1. Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Proven track record of independently delivering outstanding sales results, specifically in the international education industry
3. Deep understanding of all marketing channels and their related strategies, including social media
4. Experience in Chinese education market is highly desirable
5. Experience with EduTrust accreditation is highly desirable
