Job Summary:
The Crew Leader is responsible for assisting the restaurant management team (RMT) in implementing standard operating procedures and programs during his/her shift.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales:
Sales Program Support: Assists in checking the proper implementation of all sales-related programs and activities, including suggestive selling and new product initiatives.
2. Profit:
Cost Management: Assists in ensuring proper cost management procedures and recommends initiatives to optimize costs.
3. Quality:
Standards Compliance: Ensures proper implementation of Food Safety, Cleanliness, and Conditions (FSC) and Gold Standard Consistency (GSC) standards.
4. Capability/People:
Employee Orientation & Training: Assists in conducting orientation for new employees, as well as initial training and follow-up for Crew Leader Trainees, Senior Crew (SC), student trainees, and Management Trainees.
5. Shift Management Support:
Provides production, service, and channels management support during the shift and handles administrative tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- Education: At least 2nd year college; currently enrolled.
- Experience: At least 2 years’ experience as Senior Crew (SC) or 3 years’ experience as service/production crew.
- Training/License/Certification: Certified in at least two (2) stations.
