Calibre 65 is a fast-growing Small Medium Enterprise (SME) focusing on selling luxury watches. We aim to provide each of our customers with a personal, comfortable and luxurious experience. Through our vast knowledge and experience with watches, we ensure each customers leaves not with a watch they want, but a watch they love. We are currently looking for a Retail cum sales assistant.
Requirements:
· Cheerful, outgoing personality and willing to learn.
· Working Hours. 12 pm to 7pm, 6 days Sunday off.
· Luxury Watch knowledge is a bonus.
Job Description
· Assist in managing clients who visit our store.
· Assist in logistics for shipment of items.
· To manage administrative tasks such as Xero and Credit card machine payments and stock.
· Other administrative tasks such as data entry of receipts etc
· Any other Ad doc admin duties and light cleaning before shop opening.
· Ensure that day to day operations goes smoothly
Requirements:
· Minimum GCE ‘N’ or ‘O’ levels / Nitec. At least 1 year of experience in administrative role.
· Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel).
· Ability to multitask and work with tight deadlines.
· Good communication skills with people of all levels.
· Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
