Responsibilities

- Lead Generation: Identifying and qualifying potential customers who express interest in the product or service.
- Appointment Setting: Scheduling appointments for sales representatives to meet with potential clients or customers.
- Customer Follow-up: Following up with customers who have shown interest in the past to encourage them to make a purchase or revisit the product or service.
- Maintaining Records: Keeping accurate records of calls made, outcomes, and customer information in the company's database or CRM system.
- Adhering to Scripts and Guidelines: Following scripts or guidelines provided by the company to ensure consistency in messaging and compliance with regulations.
- Handling Objections: Addressing customer concerns or objections effectively to try to persuade them to consider the product or service.
- Achieving Sales Targets: Meeting or exceeding sales targets or other performance metrics set by the company.
Requirements
- With at least 1 years of relevant working experience in a mid-sized highly matrix organization
- Outstanding verbal communication skills
