Job Purpose
To originate and execute financing transactions in the Digital Infrastructure sector
Job Responsibilities
- Assist in origination efforts with sector leads in the Digital Infra space
- Keep track on Digital Infra sector trends / developments and potential opportunities in the market and help with ideation, client engagement and pitching efforts
- Lead deal execution in Digital Infra space
- Coordinate with RMs and discuss potential solutions / ideas for clients
Job Requirements
- Recognised degree in finance, accounting or related fields
- At least 7-10 years of relevant Digital Infra sector knowledge and transaction experience; financing product knowledge, investment banking experience
- Strong credit assessment, excel modelling and powerpoint skills
- Familiarity with the various financial industry and market databases (Bloomberg, Factset, Mergermarket, Telegeography etec)
- Independent, self-motivated and strong team player with ability to work in multicultural team
- Ability to leverage and maximise output through internal and external support
- Positive personality with strong work ethics
