Senior Sales Executive/Deputy Manager (Memory and SSD, B2C)
Our client is seeking an experienced person to lead the development of our product in the IT retail industry.
The successful candidate will ideally have a strong understanding of market trends, customer needs, and technical capabilities to drive product strategy and growth.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, market trends and customer needs
- Liaise with Japan headquarters to ensure product strategic alignment and stock management
- Working closely with internal team to develop sale enablement materials and align sales strategies
- Provide reports for business operation for assigned product category (PSI management) and assigned country
- Gather and report market feedback, competitor insights and customer needs
- Build and maintain relationships with distributor and key customers to have the most up-to-date insights on market trends and customer needs
- Attend trade shows/events to promote products and build relationships in assigned country
- Demonstrate adaptability to working in a multicultural and multinational corporation environment
- Able to travel including India and some developing countries
- Able to work under stress and fast-paced environment
- Good team player and willing to take challenge for new job assignment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma
- Minimum 5 years experience in product management for consumer retail IT business
- Microsoft Office/ Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator is an advantage
