Take care of general affairs and administrative duties.
- Manage daily administration tasks, documentation, and coordination.
- Generate invoice report
- Handle administrative duties, including proper organisation of records/data keeping.
- Provide general support in operations and administrative functions to the supervisor.
- Assist enquiries via social media, phone call
- Any other ad-hoc as assigned.
Job Requirement:
· Preferably with working experience specialising in Clerical/Admin support or equivalent.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office – Excel / Word / PowerPoint.
· Strong Interpersonal and Communication skills.
· Self-motivated and able to work independently.
