As a Sales Support Administrator/Associate, you will be an essential part of our team, providing crucial support in managing customer and partner inquiries, processing orders, and assisting with documentation. Your role will ensure smooth operations and contribute to the overall efficiency and success of our sales efforts.
Job Description
- Support customers, partners and Crayon sales personnel in pricing, agreements, and software licensing questions, and follow up on agreement renewals.
- Assist customers with software purchases
- Purchase process management - handle and optimize purchases through dialogue with suppliers, vendors, and partners.
- Place orders on partner/vendor websites: Register the sale orders into the different vendor or systems
- Support Customers/Partners with Quotes, Ordering and Reporting Processes.
- Support internal process improvements
- Assist and liaise in tender/deal documentation compilation such as vendor onboarding/evaluation form, legal and finance clearance.
Skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
- Knowledge of CRM software is preferred, but not mandatory
