Job Responsibilities:
- Support network and computing infrastructure (for on premise or on cloud);
- Install all new hardware, systems, and software for networks/servers;
- Install, configure, maintain network services, equipment and devices (for on premise or on cloud);
- Perform troubleshooting analysis of workstations, servers and network equipment;
- Manages system back-up and restore;
- Monitors network performance and implements performance tuning;
- Manage, check logs files and generate monthly reports;
- Perform software and anti-virus patching for security;
- Strong analytical abilities and professional office experience needed;
- To adopt and manage change management processes for all production equipment;
- Coordinate with external parties and customers for problem resolution, defect management and reporting.
- Perform Windows server administration
- Provide technical support;
- Setting up user accounts, permissions and passwords;
- Manage user accounts, permissions, email, anti-virus, anti-spam;
- Asset management, tracking and generate reports;
- Familiar with Linux and Windows operating systems
Job Requirements:
- Min Diploma in IT related discipline
- Min 3 years of relevant working experience
- Experience in IT security domain
- AWS /MCSA certifications will be added advantage
- Strong sysadmin skillset for AWS Cloud Services (E.g. EC2, DynamoDB, API Gateway, RDS, Lambda, CloudFront, CloudFormation, CloudWatch etc.).
- Experience in Windows Servers, Active Directory, Group polices, routers configuration
