Interior Renovation company required Quantity Survey cum Drafter
Responsibilies:
He/She should be able to preparation of budgets, filing of variations/monitoring of project variations, advise site team on contractual issues, valuing completed works and filing of progress claims, monitoring of procurement process, site attendance/technical meetings, drafting of subcontracts, preparation of cost assessment for variation order, evaluation of price comparison summary, conducting site measurements and tenders matters, reviews and understand all plans and specifications,arranging meetings with subcontractors and suppliers to review the scope of works, carry out quantity take-off for project which includes sourcing for supplier and sub-contractor, collate price for comparison, prepare tender and contract documents, analyse costings for tender,perform risk, value management and cost control, responsible for collecting, check other bidding calculation of quantities, accountable for reviewing tender documents, drawings and quantity taking-off, prepare quotations for various technical works, material, manpower etc.
Requirement:
Degree or Diploma in Building/Quantity Survey, min 5 years's experience in role, well-versed in both contracts Administration and Tenders, experience in Residential Project is added advantages, possess good negotiation and coordination skills, good interpersonal skill, able to communicate with people from all levels.
