Job Description
- Visual Design: Create visually appealing designs with a strong understanding of layout, color theory, typography, and visual hierarchy.
- User-Centered Design: Focus on user needs, preferences, and limitations throughout the design process.
- Wireframing and Prototyping: Develop wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes to test and validate design concepts.
- User Research and Analysis: Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability tests, to gather insights and inform design decisions.
- Information Architecture: Organize content and features to enhance user experience and design intuitive navigation systems.
- Interaction Design: Design interactive elements and animations to improve user engagement and feedback.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work effectively with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to bring designs to life. Clearly articulate design decisions and rationale.
- Usability Testing: Plan and conduct usability tests, analyze results, and make informed design improvements.
- Tool Proficiency: Use design and prototyping tools like Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, InVision, and Photoshop to create and iterate on designs.
- Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies, and seek feedback for continuous improvement.
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of working experience in a related area.
- Proven experience in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio showcasing design skills and process.
- Proficiency in design tools (Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, etc.) and prototyping tools (Axure, Marvel, Proto.io).
- Solid understanding of design principles, including visual design, user-centered design, and information architecture.
- Strong user research and usability testing skills.
