About the Role
We are looking for well-spoken, empathetic and ambitious podiatrists looking to have a breakthrough in their personal practice to enhance people’s lives through the conservative treatment of the foot, ankle and lower limb; as well as to elevate the field and profession of Podiatry in Singapore.
Responsibilities
- Provide frontline foot care with comprehensive evaluation, assessment, and treatment for a range of pathologies, including (and not limited to:
- identification of ailments,
- explanation of diagnosis and treatment options,
- proper documentation of records,
- close liaison with Medical professionals to achieve coordinated patient care.
- Conduct clinical team meetings and attend multi-disciplinary meetings to enhance patient care.
- Get actively involved in foot health promotion projects and activities including community awareness events, talks or seminars
- Responsibly carry out the reasonable duties, tasks, and obligations, as directed by the practice and by the Allied Health Professions Council’s Code of Professional Conduct.
Requirements
- Degree in Podiatry from a UK, Australian, New Zealand, American or South African state-registered University
- Registered with relevant bodies such as the UK HCPC, Australian AHPRA, an American Board of Podiatry or any relevant registration recognized by the Singapore Ministry of Health
- Competence in written and spoken English. Additional languages would be a bonus.
