Job Description
- Plan and implement age-appropriate curriculum with a good understanding of the Early Years Curriculum and pedagogy, to meet the physical, emotional, and social, intellectual needs of the children
- Set-up conducive and quality learning environment for the Children
- Provide a safe and clean learning environment for the care and development of the children in the Centre
- Practise good classroom management strategies
- Regularly update children's progress reports and maintain comprehensive portfolio of each child
- Provide effective input on the child’s development
- Build good rapport with the parents through regular communication and to establish effective home-centre Partnerships
- Foster trusting, respectful and positive interactions with Children
- Collaborate with colleagues to build a positive working environment
Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess minimum a Diploma in Early Childhood Care & Education or equivalent
- Certified by ECDA: L1 or L2 Teaching Certification
- Required language(s): English
- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is preferred for this position
