This is a 12 Month contract role based in Singapore.
Job Responsibilities:
- Design and execute B2B lead generation campaigns targeting Internal Communications and C-Suite audiences.
- Organize and manage both proprietary and third-party events, including virtual and in-person events, webinars, digital campaigns, social media initiatives, email campaigns, and telemarketing efforts.
- Develop event content such as agendas, speaker briefs, slide decks, social media posts, and sales enablement materials.
- Stay updated on and implement innovative campaign strategies and execution techniques.
- Manage post-event activities like lead management, data organization, and coordinating with follow-up teams to maximize ROI.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners in a dynamic environment.
- Efficiently manage multiple diverse projects under changing conditions and priorities, working independently.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
- Over 8 years of experience in B2B marketing.
- Strong presentation and communication skills with the ability to manage cross-functional stakeholder relationships.
- Detail-oriented with a deep understanding of marketing and business processes.
- Eagerness to continuously learn and refine marketing strategies.
- Proficient in verbal and written communication, multitasking, customer service, and interpersonal interactions.
- High proficiency in English (both written and spoken), with Mandarin language skills being a plus for covering APAC and GCR regions.
- Ability to work autonomously, manage time effectively, and handle confidential information.
- Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with Salesforce.com and webinar platforms.
