Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare managament accounts, financial statements and reports
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes
- Assist with financial due diligence
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
- Preparation and submission of Goods and Services Tax (GST) and Corporate Tax
- Prepare director(s)' board resolutions and annual general meetings relevant documents and filing to authority when necessary
- Collaborate with stakeholders to provide financial insights and support
- Undertake ad-hoc projects as and when assigned
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance/ACCA/CA equivalent
- At least 3 years of working experience in related field (full set of accounts) is required for this position
