Job Responsibilities:
- Disseminate information and handle complaints/feedback from the public and stakeholders
- Responsible for liaising with government agencies and stakeholders (i.e. Residents living in the vicinity of the project site)
- Co-ordinate Project Briefings for clients, project team and stakeholders
- Prepare correspondence letters, newsletters, circulars and notices to residents and stakeholders
- Prepare monthly report, current engagement reports, engagement programme to clients
- PR administrative work
- Ad-hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Diploma holder in Communication/Marketing or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in construction industry.
- Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
- Good interpersonal skills, proactive and independent
- Possesses strong analytical skills and attentive to details
