Responsibilities:
- To perform administrative and operational duties such as import and export documentation, preparing sales invoices and purchase orders and delivery orders, etc.
- To handle customers’ orders for Air, Ocean, customs clearance, and Transportation for local delivery and Shipping freight forwarders (for Import & Export)
- To Coordinated and executed projects as instructed
- To respond to customer inquiries via phone, email.
- To handle order processing of new incoming orders and monitor order status
Requirements:
- NITEC / Diploma / Degree in Supply Chain or any related field.
- Preferred candidate with freight forwarding experiences.
- Training will be provided
