What You Can Expect
- Perform new device characterization, circuit sensitivity analysis, interpret findings & support root-cause investigations.
- Perform data mining and statistical data analysis on wafer sort and final test parametric to support initial product assessment.
- Perform functional testing and analysis to ensure product operation and reliability. Plan and coordinate (data analysis, debug, root-cause, implementing solutions) yield & test time improvement activities to meet the set mass production release goals.
- Support & resolve Test engineering & program related issues.
- Setup & transfer new product & technology to test locations in Asia for mass production.
- Support & resolve Product engineering & device testing related issues.
- Maintain and enhance product test yield & quality of devices in final test, system level test as well as wafer & bump sort.
- Perform cost reduction activities e.g., product yield improvement, test insertion elimination, test time reduction, multiple test site enhancement & wafer sort implementation.
- Continuous improvement for product quality, test efficiency, production throughput & test hardware improvement
What We're Looking For
Bachelor’s degree and Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related fields and 5-10 years of related professional experience.
