Role positioning & objectives:
Success in this position will require the ideal candidate to
1. Proficient in QuickBooks accounting software with ability to maintain accurate and complete account transactions including ledgers, invoices and receipts.
2. Process vendor invoices and bill payment
3. Retrieve and reconcile bank statements with supporting documents.
4. Prepare of periodic and annual management reports.
5. Assists on compilation of documents for audit purposes.
6. Maintaining & update of digital filing system
7. Any other related duties assigned when needed.
Ideal Qualifications
1. Diploma or bachelor’s degree in accountancy
2. 2-4 years of work experience in accounting
3. Ability to work independently and good team player
4. Adherence to the highest level of privacy, confidentiality and integrity
5. Good command of English (both oral & written)
