RESPONSIBILITIES
· Assist in defining product requirements and specifications.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and QA, to ensure product requirements are met.
· Support the product manager in developing product roadmaps and timelines.
· Coordinate product launch activities, including marketing campaigns, sales training, and customer communications.
· Prepare product documentation, including user guides, FAQs, and training materials.
· Monitor product performance and gather customer feedback to inform product improvements.
· Assist in managing product updates, enhancements, and end-of-life processes.
· Track and report on key product metrics, including sales, customer satisfaction, and usage statistics.
· Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute go-to-market strategies.
· Provide support to the sales team by delivering product information, training, and materials.
· Liaise with customer support to address product-related inquiries and issues.
· Maintain product documentation and databases.
· Perform other tasks as required by Head of Client Management.
REQUIREMENTS
· Minimum qualification of a diploma holder in IT, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
· 1-2 years of experience in product management, software development, engineering, or a related technical role.
· Hands-on experience with product development, particularly in a technical capacity
· Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with project management tools (e.g., JIRA).
· Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
· Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
