Job Title: Accounts Assistant (ID8213)
Location: Tai Seng, Singapore
Working Hours: Mon-Fri: 9:30AM-6PM
You are required to work 1 Saturdays per month (9:30am am to 12:30 pm)
Salary: $2500 - $3200
Job Description:
• Assist Accounts & Logistics Department in daily operations.
• Issuing and following up on sales rebates from supplier and dealers.
• Weekly reconciliation of e-commerce sales
• Daily bank reconciliation
• Follow up on payments and weekly review on AR.
• Act as a liaison between staff and outsource IT department relating to IT services and issues logging.
• Organise and file daily/monthly documents.
• Follow-up on the renewal of supplier/customers contracts and agreements.
• Keying of PO and issuing of sales invoices.
• Maintain Price list.
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirement:
• Minimum GCE 'O' Level/ Diploma
• At least 2 to 3 years of working experience in related field.
• Team player with a positive work attitude, meticulous and able to work independently
• Ability to work in a fast pace environment
• Proficient in MS Word & Excel
• Minimum requirement 2 years experience in Singapore
