Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Strong experience in handling a full set of accounts in an SME company
  • To manage and issue invoice and credit note
  • To take charge and manage AP/AR
  • To take charge of all banking transactions including outing payments to suppliers, creditors, and internal claims reimbursement
  • Processing of purchase invoices
  • Maintain and update accounting databases and files
  • Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities
  • To provide administrative support to upkeep customer and supplier account
  • Provide administrative support to Finance Manager
  • Know all the relevant Singapore Tax Rules and Legal Finance requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting principles
  • Any other ad hoc duties

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or degree in accountancy or equivalent
  • At least 3 year’s experience in accounting and bookkeeping
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with accounting software e.g Million Accounting Software and MS Office especially Excel
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently, collaboratively, and supportively
