Roles & Responsibilities:
- Strong experience in handling a full set of accounts in an SME company
- To manage and issue invoice and credit note
- To take charge and manage AP/AR
- To take charge of all banking transactions including outing payments to suppliers, creditors, and internal claims reimbursement
- Processing of purchase invoices
- Maintain and update accounting databases and files
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities
- To provide administrative support to upkeep customer and supplier account
- Provide administrative support to Finance Manager
- Know all the relevant Singapore Tax Rules and Legal Finance requirements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting principles
- Any other ad hoc duties
Qualifications:
- Diploma or degree in accountancy or equivalent
- At least 3 year’s experience in accounting and bookkeeping
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with accounting software e.g Million Accounting Software and MS Office especially Excel
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently, collaboratively, and supportively
