· Order Processing:
Process sales orders in the ERP based on the sales order received.
Ensure that the customers’ orders are processed in time. Work closely with sales team to support the sales process from receiving order to delivery of goods to customers.
· Customer service:
Receive customers’ request, enquiries from phone calls, emails, face to face. Work with the operation team to provide information to address customers’ requests and enquiries. Gather and record customer feedbacks in CRM and provide solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
· Invoicing and delivery:
Prepare delivery order, tax invoice and loaner form. Liaising with courier service and in-house courier to ensure timely delivery to customers. Sending delivery order and invoices to customers for
collection.
· Product Insurance:
Support the process of product insurance in Singapore. Liaise with end users and Insurance company to process the insurance purchase/claims via the insurance portal.
· Administrative tasks:
Performs various administrative activities relating to processing orders, invoicing and data maintenance. Maintain proper documentation of the order processed for audit purposes.
· Adhoc tasks
Requirement
- Min Diploma
- Min 2+ years of experience in order processing
- Willingness to perform and result orientation, ability to change, ability to work under pressure, self-discipline
