Responsibilities:
- Manage the accurate transfer of parts and materials to and from the stockroom.
- Verify and update stores inventory and shortage reports; locate and expedite necessary materials.
- Follow IOMS guidelines to pack, bubble wrap machines, sub-assemblies, and modules.
- Use routine work orders to ensure all required shipping documents are in place.
- Prepare parts according to checklists and perform audits to ensure all necessary parts are available before handing over to the shipping department.
- Assemble loose parts into systems if required before shipment.
- Pack loose parts according to IOMS work instructions into different packages.
- Perform documentation and quality checks before shipment.
- Maintain a secure, safe, clean, and healthy work environment.
- Attend required health and safety training and adhere to safety and security policies, procedures, and practices.
- Promptly report accidents, injuries, safety hazards, or emergencies to the supervisor or Safety department.
- Follow operating instructions, use protective equipment when required, and use equipment and materials properly.
- Actively strive to prevent accidents and injuries.

• Monday to Friday, 7.00 am to 4.30 pm
• Monday to Friday, 4.00 pm to 1.30 am
