We are seeking an experienced Senior Consultant to join our Corporate Performance Management Practice to help implement enterprise budgeting, forecasting and planning solutions for our clients using Workday Adaptive Planning. The role is full time and permanent, with a mix of home office and client-site work.
Reporting to the CPM Practice Manager, you would be responsible for:
- Leading and implementing best practice end to end planning and reporting solutions using Workday Adaptive Planning
- Driving discussions with clients to scope and document the business requirements and translating that into a Statement of Work (SoW)
- Analysing complex Excel spreadsheet models
- Supporting business development activities including proposals and pre-sale demonstrations
- Responding to client support questions and requests
- Managing, leading and mentoring other consultants within the team
- Project management tasks, such as stakeholder management, reporting and budgeting
- Assist in developing and refining best practice implementation methodologies
- Collaborating with other Senior Consultants and the Practice Manager to optimise productivity of the team across multiple concurrent projects
- Demonstrating competency with information management practices, ensuring ongoing compliance and adherence to security requirements particularly with sensitive client financial data
To be considered for the role you will need:
- Experience in Workday Adaptive Planning or similar (i.e. Anaplan, IBM Cognos TM1/Planning Analytics, Jedox, Hyperion, OneStream)
- Finance/Accounting qualified (IT qualifications and/or CA/CPA qualifications will be highly regarded)
- Consulting and/or CPM/EPM experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel and SQL
- Strong passion for improving business processes through tech solutions
- Proactive and self-driven
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills with attention to detail
- Strong project and time management skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Able to do to short term regional travel when required
- A current drivers licence and a vehicle
