Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM (1-hour unpaid break)
Contract Duration: September and October 2024(Extendable)

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated HR Admin / HR Executive to join our team at a prestigious hotel in Singapore. In this role, you will handle various HR administrative functions, including maintaining employee records, assisting with recruitment, and managing HR documentation. The ideal candidate will have a strong HR background with a proven track record of at least one year in a similar role
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update employee records and files.
- Assist with recruitment processes, including job postings and interviews.
- Prepare HR documents, including contracts and letters.
- Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Handle HR-related queries and provide administrative support as needed.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant HR experience.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
