Job Details:
- Manage the full spectrum of accounts receivable and payable functions
- Perform daily bank reconciliations
- Submit expense claims on behalf of CEO and COO
- Conduct quarterly checks on commissions
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes
- Support audit processes and GST filing
Requirements:
- Diploma in Accounting or equivalent
- Min 1 year of accounts work experience
- Experience with accounting software such as Xero is an advantage
- Proficient in MS Office, especially MS Excel (PivotTable and VLOOKUP) and MS PowerPoint
