A new and exciting CRM Product Owner position for a large financial services company in Singapore. Looking for someone with experience in CRM and Wealth Management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Strategy & Roadmap:
- Develop and maintain a CRM product roadmap aligned with business goals and customer needs.
- Prioritize features and enhancements based on business value, user feedback, and market trends.
- Act as the voice of the customer, ensuring that the CRM system meets the needs of internal teams and provides a superior customer experience.
- Stakeholder Management:
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, customer support, and other departments to gather requirements and ensure CRM aligns with business objectives.
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders and keep them informed of product developments and timelines.
- Work closely with IT teams to manage integrations, data quality, and system performance.
- Project Management:
- Lead the end-to-end implementation and enhancement of CRM features, from initial concept through to launch.
- Define clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria for the development team.
- Monitor project timelines, manage risks, and resolve issues to ensure timely delivery of CRM projects.
- Data & Analytics:
- Ensure data integrity and seamless flow of customer information across different systems.
- Utilize CRM data and analytics to drive business decisions, optimize customer engagement, and identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Work with data teams to implement reporting tools and dashboards for performance tracking.
- User Adoption & Training:
- Develop training programs and support materials to increase user adoption of the CRM system across the bank.
- Lead regular user workshops to gather feedback and improve the system’s functionality.
- Act as the primary point of contact for CRM-related questions, issues, and enhancements.
- Compliance & Security:
- Ensure that the CRM system adheres to the bank’s regulatory and compliance standards, including data privacy and cybersecurity protocols.
- Monitor and address any security risks associated with the CRM system.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience:
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Manager, ideally within the banking or financial services industry.
- Strong experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.).
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver products on time and within budget.
- Skills:
- Deep understanding of CRM strategies, customer lifecycle management, and omnichannel customer engagement.
- Strong analytical skills, with experience in data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in agile methodologies and project management tools.
