Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide support to collection operation on admin related works.
- Compiling and submitting a monthly report that includes waste categories, tons, and other information requested by NEA or customers.
- Verify that all documentation is accurate;
- Keep track of and update all operation records, such as the tonnage report.
- In charge of all purchasing processes in the SAP system; verification and preparation of all documents prior to submission for approval for payments/billing in month-end closing, accrual, and accounts reconciliation
- Responsible & coordination with suppliers for general, administrative, and maintenance purchases & all purchasing processes in SAP system
- Support for the department in keeping thorough and organized records of employees' pay or overtime
- Ad-hoc assignments as and when required
Qualification, Skills and Experience
- Completed GCE level / Diploma in any discipline
- Minimum 2 years experience in Logistics / Operations Management
- Proficient in MS office application
- Good planning, organizing, and administrative skills
- Strong attention to detail and comprehension of systems and process flows
- Customer service orientated, good communication and telephone skills
- Able to work independently
