Our client is looking for a ICT product specialist to manage their product portfolio and provide ICT support to healthcare customers in Singapore and distributors across APAC. This is also a suitable role for a candidate with technical background who wants to venture into a commercial role.
Responsibilities
- Liaise and collaborate with sales/products team to fulfill customer requirements on projects and drive success of targeted customer project implementation. This include but not limited to setting project timelines, objectives and hands-on implementation pertaining to ICT solution.
- To identify the ICT solution proposals to be provided for existing and new customers.
- Support local customers and APAC distributors on service and IT-related issues and projects.
- Provide training and presentation to customers and distributors on equipment and ICT products operation and maintenance responsibilities.
- Provide and maintain excellent customer service to ensure maximum customer satisfaction is achieved at all times.
- Subject matter expert on competitive IT products, financial tactics, and strategic positioning.
- Explore solutions to fit the product software with the customer IT environment e.g. network diagrams, software specifications, IT security, etc
Requirements
- Relevant education background
- Candidates with experience in HL7/ DICOM/ XML/ AQL/ Middleware/ VM/ HIS/ EMR would be advantageous
- Energetic, dedicated with strong presentation skills.
