Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Product Manager to join our dynamic team in a newly opened position.
As a Product engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and management of Victron product. You will collaborate with the sales team to design, market and implement Solar solutions to ensure successful product delivery from concept to launch.
Key Responsibilities:
- Aid the sales team to design and implement Victron solar solutions
- Drive product launches, including working with marketing, sales, and support teams to ensure effective execution.
- Analyze product performance metrics and user feedback to iterate and improve the product continuously.
- Serve as the product evangelist, advocating for the product internally and externally.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Electrical Engineering or related field
- Proven experience in the solar energy, power electronics, or related industry will be an advantage
- Must be able to design and create an effective solar solution
- Deep understanding of energy storage systems, solar energy products, and mobile power solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a deep understanding of user-centered design principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- 2 years or more experience in Solar industry, integrating and implementing
- A passion for innovation and technology, with a keen eye for emerging trends and opportunities.
