JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Review the Associated Part Processing Method (APPM) & Job Instruction Sheet (JIS) and ensure to meet the Engineering Print requirements
- Review the Tolerance Chart and ensure to meet the final requirements of the component upon stock removal.
- Review Inspection Plans, Inspection Gauges, Equipment, Methods & Techniques.
- Prepare & review First Article Inspection (FAI) Report Forms Ballooned E/P as per AS9102.
- Design the gauge, to meet the process requirement.
- Assist in ordering new Gauges.
- Preparing Document of FMEA, Control Plan, and Process Flow Chart.
- Preparing PPAP.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum Diploma holder in Engineering
- Candidate with Quality Background in Precision Engineering
- Able to use all types of standard & specialize gauges (CMM) and good judgment when applying during inspection planning
- Tool and gauge planning
- Good knowledge in GD& T and interpretation
- Able interpret engineering print & the specifications
- Knowledge in gauge designing
- PPAP & FAI documentation
- Exposure to modeling & drafting in NX
