Ops Admin Co-ordinator

Core responsibilities

  • Prepare shipping & export documents including packing list and airway bills
  • Liaise with Finishing Team to pack export goods according to work orders
  • Schedule and make carrier bookings
  • Arrange pick-ups and deliveries of goods
  • Monitor delivery schedules and track shipping status
  • Issue POs to vendors
  • In charge of Mall Pass Submission
  • Perform administrative duties for Traffic Department
  • Maintain Traffic Department daily schedule, as and when required

Job specifications

  • Possess at least GCE “O” level
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Possess effective organizational and planning skills with eye for details.
  • Good communication skills
  • Able to work overtime when required
  • Preferably with at least 1 year working experience as Admin Co-ordinator
