Core responsibilities
- Prepare shipping & export documents including packing list and airway bills
- Liaise with Finishing Team to pack export goods according to work orders
- Schedule and make carrier bookings
- Arrange pick-ups and deliveries of goods
- Monitor delivery schedules and track shipping status
- Issue POs to vendors
- In charge of Mall Pass Submission
- Perform administrative duties for Traffic Department
- Maintain Traffic Department daily schedule, as and when required
Job specifications
- Possess at least GCE “O” level
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Possess effective organizational and planning skills with eye for details.
- Good communication skills
- Able to work overtime when required
- Preferably with at least 1 year working experience as Admin Co-ordinator
