Job Description:
This is a full time role for a Building Executive located in North Buona Vista Dr. Our client is a Singapore-based real estate company. You will be responsible for managing the daily operations of a building, ensuring it's clean, functional, and well-maintained. This includes overseeing security, cleaning, repairs, and systems like lifts and parking. The job requires regular inspections, coordinating with contractors for scheduled maintenance, and handling fire safety. Budget management, contract administration, and record-keeping are key responsibilities. Building strong relationships with tenants, addressing their concerns, and responding to emergencies when needed are also important parts of the role.You need to display an ability to communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, tenants, and contractors, ensuring works are carried out accordingly
Qualifications:
- Recognized Diploma in Building Management & Services, or equivalent
- Relevant experience in commercial properties, including carrying out routine inspections, following up on tenants’ complaints, arranging of repair and maintenance work
