We are seeking a highly qualified Sales Support Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in providing support and collaborative problem-solving to the sales teams, as well as well as maintaining strong relationships with customers.

The ideal candidate should possess extensive experience in sales and customer service, with a deep understanding of best practices in both areas. You should have the ability to analyze and interpret sales metrics, demonstrating a goal-oriented mindset. Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.

By utilizing your expertise, you will contribute to the development and maintenance of positive customer relationships, while ensuring the smooth operation of our sales team. Join us and make a significant impact on our sales efforts and overall business success.

What you’ll be doing

· Upon receiving sales orders via different channels/platforms. Process customer sales orders in ERP system.

· Follow-up on customer orders (new/aging) to ensure timely fulfilment of goods, services, and information to customers.

· Preparation of documents (Invoices / Delivery Notes) for scheduled deliveries.

· Answer queries from sales and customers on stock and delivery of orders.

· Provide professional & high-quality phone call & email support to internal and external stakeholders on a timely basis.

· Resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently

· Act as the main point of contact for customers and ensuring their satisfaction via CRM.

· Any other administrative task activities relating to processing orders, invoicing and data maintenance.

· Maintain proper documentation of the order processed for audit purposes.

This is what you’ll need to be successful in this role

· Tertiary studies or Diploma equivalent

· Minimum 2 years' experience in a Sales Operations or similar operations.

· Experience in SAP is a plus

· Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company’s success.

· Good time-management skills.

· Great interpersonal and communication skills.
