Corporate Support Officer (Receptionist)

Corporate Support Officer (CSO)-Receptionist Duties


Main duty: Receptionist at General Office


Other administrative duties include:

1. Scans and goes through e-mails & mails and disseminates it. Key mails into system for tracking purposes.

2. Update leave and Medical Certificates (Education Officer & Executive and Administrative Staff) on the glass board (Staff Movement)

3. File leave & MC for EO & EAS.

4. Giving out forms to new contract staff/faxing over monthly attendance to employment agencies.

5. Helping out with testimonials

6. Distribute i-exam registration slips & Giro Option forms

7. Helping with Progress reports

8. Printing labels for staff trays (half yearly)

9. Giving out Ties and T-shirt to new staff (ad hoc)

10. Preparing name tanks for visitors and guests, printing of signage for school events (ad hoc)

11. Matching of e-invoices to AORs as and when required (ad-hoc)

12. Preparing vouchers & coupons (ad-hoc)

13. Call students for payment or information (ad-hoc)

14. Data-entry related to Finance matters (ad-hoc)

15. Update suppliers’ database (ad-hoc)

16. Assist Year Heads in Junior High & Senior High (JH & SH) Open House

17. Assist in Events

18. Temperature taking for contract workers, visitors and students

when necessary.


Qualifications, skills and experience:

a. Good communication and interpersonal skills

b. Good team player with a high level of initiative and independence.

c. Proficient in MS Office

d. Candidate with school working experience.

e. Qualification: Full GCE O Level certificate or its equivalent

f. Able to work in a fast paced environment
