Job Descriptions:
- Reporting to the Project Manager & Project Director
- Manage and coordinate external works
- Manage and Coordinate with Production Team (Structural, Trade, M&E) and PPVC Factory
- Liaise with the Authority, Neighbourhood, Designer, Consultants and Subcontractors and Factory.
- Manage and monitor the cost and expenditure of the project
- Award subcontractors after some tender interviews
- Plan and monitor the productivity works on site and factory
- Make sure the sequence of work is in order
- Manage and solve the technical issue arise on site
- Ensure quality of works
Job Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma, preferably in Mechanical Engineering or Civil Engineering.
- At least 10 years of production or operations experience, preferably in metal manufacturing or structural steel fabrication.
- At least 2 years of supervisory or management experience.
