What You Will Do
- Conduct phone surveys remotely
- Perform accurate data entry
What It Takes To Be In This Role
- Experience in conducting surveys, telemarketing sales, outdoor sales or frontline customer service will be an added advantage
- Basic computer literacy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel to update spreadsheets for data entry
- A laptop and earpiece will be required
- Good listening, interpersonal and interviewing skills
- Enjoys interacting with people
- Able to commit minimum of 4 half days (10am to 2pm) or (2pm to 6pm) per week, between Monday to Friday
Period
- Approximately 1 to 1.5 months or until quota is met (Commence end August/ early Sep 2024)
Payment
- $30 for minimum of 35 and up to 69 calls per ½ working day
- $60 for minimum of 70 or more calls per full working day
- $5 per survey for the first 5 validated surveys in a day
- $8 per survey for each additional validated survey beyond the first 5 in a day
Note
- All interviewers will undergo a 2.5-hour briefing and training session at our Bukit Merah office before starting the assignment.
